Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that helps move excess lymph fluid through the body to reduce swelling and inflammation, support the body’s natural detoxification process and boost the immune system. The use of soft touch is also useful for general rest and relaxation.
